Who We Are
Shail Kala Evam Gramin Vikas Samiti is a Dehradun-based non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives through education, women empowerment and rural development. With a strong belief in learning and self-reliance, we work at the grassroots level to uplift underprivileged communities, especially women and youth.
Our programs focus on literacy, skill development, health awareness, cultural connection and economic empowerment, fostering inclusive growth and sustainable change.
